About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated MST RN for a full-time position. New graduates are welcome to apply. The role involves providing comprehensive nursing care to patients in the medical/surgical area, with ages ranging from infants to geriatrics. You will be responsible for caring for patients with medical, surgical, and minor psychiatric issues, ensuring safe patient care while maintaining a clean and secure environment. Utilizing the nursing process, you will deliver holistic quality care to patients. Additionally, you will provide care to Swing Bed Program patients in compliance with Critical Access Hospital Standards.

Requirements

Holds a current Maine license.
Current BLS.
Recent training/experience in medication administration.
Recent training/experience in the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care.
Demonstrates proficient IV skills.
Possesses basic computer skills.
Emotional maturity and good people skills required.
Able to take in, process and apply clinical information in a wide variety of patient care situations.
