About The Position
Hardin Medical Center is currently looking for an RN (under general supervision) to plan, direct, and evaluate total nursing care and functions in the MedSurg unit in accordance with established patient care plan and philosophy. Reports to the Med Surg Department Director of Nursing and/or designee.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited program in nursing.
- Bachelor of Science in nursing (BSN) or Associate of Science in Nursing (ADN) degree required
- Current Registered Nurse license to practice in Tennessee.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) through American Heart Association per HMC policy.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) through American Heart Association per HMC policy.
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) through American Heart Association per HMC policy.
- Non-Violent Crisis Intervention Certification
Nice To Haves
- 2 years nursing experience in an acute healthcare setting is preferred.
