Position Summary
The Med Surg Registered Nurse provides safe, competent, and patient‑centered nursing care in accordance with hospital policies and professional standards. The RN serves as a key member of the healthcare team, supporting positive patient outcomes while demonstrating service excellence at all times.

Requirements

• Current RN License in good standing with state licensing board.
• Graduate of an accredited or NLN-approved RN program.
• BLS certification

Nice To Haves

• One year full time or three years part time experience in acute care setting.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality, patient‑centered Med Surg nursing care
• Monitor and assess patient conditions and responses to treatment
• Collaborate with physicians, APPs, and interdisciplinary teams
• Support patients and families throughout hospitalization
• Maintain accurate documentation and uphold confidentiality standards
