About The Position
Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking an experienced Med-Surg RN to join a critical access hospital setting. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality, patient-centered care while supporting clinical teams in delivering safe and effective treatment across the medical-surgical unit.
Requirements
- Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Prior Med-Surg nursing experience required
- Strong clinical judgment and patient care skills
- Basic Life Support (BLS) – Required
Nice To Haves
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) – Preferred
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and ongoing monitoring
- Administer medications, treatments, and prescribed interventions
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
- Maintain accurate and timely electronic health records
- Ensure adherence to clinical protocols and patient safety standards
