Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing, upon hire
- Registered Nurse: AR, upon hire
- Basic Life Support - CPR, within 30 Days
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support, within 12 - months
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support, within 90 Days

- Perform complete patient assessment
- Recognize significant changes in patient status and seeks appropriate resources
- Coordinate or collect physiologic monitoring data: vital signs, monitor results, lab and diagnostic test results
- Perform ongoing assessment according to unit policy
- Document assessment in compliance with hospital policy
