About The Position
Med-Surg Ortho RN is needed in Tallahassee, FL. This position is with a progressive, financially stable Hospital System. Hourly Rate-$27.72 - $39.60 depending on years of experience) Night shift Diff: $3.00 Weekend Diff: $2.00 Sign-on Bonus – Up to $20,000 case-by-case Relocation Assistance.
Requirements
- 1 year of Recent RN experience.
- Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Florida or able to obtain licensure before start is required
- Current BLS required
- Current ACLS preferred, required within 6 months of hire
Nice To Haves
- BSN is preferred
Responsibilities
- Serve as the patient and family advocate, protecting privacy and confidentiality
- Facilitate patient care making nursing assessments and diagnosis
- Provide plan-based care with a commitment to continuous improvement
