Med Surg Nursing Assistant - PRN
About The Position
Carroll County Memorial Hospital (CCMH) is seeking a PRN Med Surg Nursing Assistant to join their team. This role is crucial in upholding CCMH's Core Values and providing quality, compassionate, and cost-effective healthcare. The position requires a commitment to making a difference in the health and well-being of the community. As a PRN employee, you must work a minimum of one shift every six weeks, with weekend shift rotation required. The Nursing Assistant will perform direct and indirect patient care tasks under the supervision of licensed nursing personnel, applying knowledge of growth and development in patient interactions.
Requirements
- Previous health care experience
- BLS required (or within 6 months)
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task and work well in a fast-paced environment
