About The Position
Under the supervision of the Laboratory Director, the registered Medical Laboratory Technician must have a sound knowledge of Clinical Laboratory science. The employee shall have the ability to perform highly advanced technical and complex analytic work.
Requirements
- Adhere to infection control policies and guidelines appropriate for their work area.
- Hand hygiene and PPE (job applicable) followed when appropriate.
- The registered Medical Laboratory Technician must have a sound knowledge of Clinical Laboratory science.
- The employee shall have the ability to perform highly advanced technical and complex analytic work.
Nice To Haves
- Associates degree in a relevant science preferred.
- Four months’ clinical laboratory internship preferred.
