About The Position
Provide clinical leadership, guidance, and oversight in support of high-quality, person-centered care. This role partners with leadership and clinical teams to ensure best practices, regulatory compliance, and continuous quality improvement across programs. Consultant position requiring 2-3 hours a week. This is a flexible, consulting role ideal for a physician passionate about supporting community-based care and improving outcomes for diverse populations.
Requirements
- Medical Doctor (MD) required
- Active, unrestricted medical license
- Strong leadership, communication, and consultative skills
Nice To Haves
- board certification preferred
- Experience in behavioral health, psychiatry, pediatrics, or related field strongly preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide medical oversight and clinical consultation to multidisciplinary teams
- Review and advise on policies, procedures, and standards of care
- Support quality assurance, risk management, and regulatory compliance efforts
- Offer guidance on complex clinical cases and treatment planning
- Collaborate with leadership to enhance program effectiveness and outcomes
