Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master’s in mechanical engineering or equivalent.
- Experience with design of mechanical/mechatronic hardware.
- Experience doing finite element analysis.
- Understanding of dynamic system modeling and feedback control systems.
- Knowledge of MATLAB or python.
- Enjoy hands-on challenges, collaboration, and delivering great results.
- Experience with CAD and a passion for design.
- Bachelor's Level Degree and related work experience of 2 years
- Master's Level Degree and 0 years related work experience
Nice To Haves
- Knowledge of vibrations, dynamics, and control system modeling is ideal.
Responsibilities
- Design models of high performance linear and rotary motion systems.
- Develop, build, and control mechatronics hardware.
- Analyze and design solutions to machine dynamics and vibration challenges.
- Use model-based design techniques to build predictive performance models.
- Help with concept generation, error budgets, and customer concerns.
