Requirements
- 2+ years of mechanical maintenance experience (manufacturing preferred)
- Strong troubleshooting skills - you don't just replace parts, you solve problems
- Comfortable with mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Safety-focused and dependable
Nice To Haves
- PLC troubleshooting
- Welding/fabrication skills
- Technical certification or degree in Industrial Maintenance / Mechatronics
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical equipment
- Perform preventative maintenance to keep downtime low and performance high
- Work on conveyors, motors, gearboxes, pumps, hydraulics, pneumatics, and more
- Install and set up new equipment
- Read blueprints and schematics
- Partner with production and engineering teams to improve efficiency
- Help drive continuous improvement
