About The Position

As a utility electrician, you will provide electrical expertise and cost-effective solutions for multiple utility facility operating and construction projects that meet budget, quality, and schedule requirements.

Requirements

Electrician, Journeyman or related field or equivalent, relevant experience
1 to 3+ years of experience working in a manufacturing setting as an electrical utility system technician preferred
Exposure in electrical facilities setting, preferably in production facility
Experienced with the handling of Utility Facilities
Comfortable working independently and with others
Results-oriented and perseverant
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Strong attention to detail
Technically proficient and motivated to continuously improve

Responsibilities

Preventive maintenance execution in order to complete all PM tasks
Troubleshoot the abrupt breakdown of utility facilities
Monitoring utility operation (Lights, Compressed air – small, HVAC, Fire system – sprinklers and alarm, Generators, Dock and regular doors, Forklift/AGV chargers, Water – supply and sanitary, Security – locks, key card support, speed gates)
Reporting writing – incidents, ppt
EMS-Equipment Management System
Demonstrate problem-solving methodology and reduce a loss of utility cost
Follow the work procedure and comply with safety & standard
Maintenance cleanliness at work-site in accordance with 5S3R Standards
Perform other duties as assigned
