About The Position

Responsible for overseeing repair and preventive maintenance performed on plant manufacturing equipment as well as performing related administrative duties.

Requirements

• A High School Diploma or equivalent
• Legal eligibility to work in the US
• Ability to speak, read, and write in English
• 1 to 3 years of experience in mechanical maintenance.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with all levels of personnel
• Basic math skills and some mechanical abilities
• Ensure consistent, dependable attendance and demonstrate a willingness to accommodate non-standard work hours as necessary such as overtime and weekends.
• Capable of effectively managing job-related stress and fostering productive workplace interactions

Nice To Haves

• Manufacturing environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to safety precautions and regulations, promptly reporting hazards, and participate in safety meetings.
• Oversee all maintenance and repair work on a daily basis.
• Plan daily maintenance activities to support manufacturing
• Perform all phases of equipment troubleshooting of equipment issues
• Test equipment as required to ensure proper working conditions
• Perform other duties as assigned.
