Reports directly to the System Engineering Manager. Responsible for the technical support of centrifuge manufacturing and support equipment. Serves as the subject matter expert for assigned systems and components and provides an interface between Engineering and centrifuge manufacturing departments. Provide support for construction activities and systems testing/turnover, to ensure facilities and systems are capable of meeting manufacturing requirements Lead process development and improvement activities by providing input on process flow, layout, equipment, tooling, and manning requirements to ensure process safety and effective process management Develop and maintain effective and accurate manufacturing process documentation, procedures, work instructions, FMEA, control plans, and flow charts Provide input on design and development of manufacturing equipment and tooling Provide technical support for troubleshooting, corrective actions, and process improvements Understand complex mechanical drawings and specifications Ensure all changes are made in compliance with regulatory requirements, through the performance of change evaluations Produce technical reports, literature reviews, and progress updates; present findings and status briefings to stakeholders and senior management. Support generation of specific system design requirements (SRDs)
