About The Position

The Mechanical Superintendent is responsible for using assigned resources to execute the project/job plan, acting as the "Boots on the ground" leader. This role requires experience managing Plumbing, Piping, or HVAC Projects and involves accountability for Jobsite Leadership and Management (LMA), Jobsite Safety, Jobsite Schedule, Jobsite Organization, Execution of Scope/Spec, Project Quality, and Jobsite Paperwork.

Requirements

• Experience managing Plumbing, Piping or HVAC Projects
• Ability to lead, manage and hold jobsite staff accountable.
• Ability to ensure jobsite safety requirements are followed.
• Ability to manage the jobsite schedule and staffing.
• Ability to keep the jobsite clean, orderly, and organized.
• Ability to efficiently and safely execute the project scope/spec.
• Ability to ensure workmanship and quality meets or exceeds company and customers standards.
• Ability to ensure crew members are filling out paperwork, reports, and timesheets correctly.
