About The Position
We are currently seeking a Mechanical Superintendent to join our team. This role is responsible for overseeing mechanical construction operations, managing field teams, and ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience as a Mechanical Superintendent or in a similar leadership role
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems installation (HVAC, piping, plumbing, etc.)
- Proficient in: Microsoft Excel, Procore, Bluebeam Revu
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily field operations and supervise mechanical crews
- Coordinate with the client, project managers, subcontractors, and other trades
- Monitor project schedules, budgets, and manpower needs
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies
- Review and manage project documentation using required software tools
- All other duties as assigned.
