About The Position

The Mechanical Superintendent is responsible for using assigned resources to execute the project/job plan, acting as the "boots on the ground" leader. This role requires experience managing Plumbing, Piping, or HVAC Projects. The superintendent is accountable for jobsite leadership and management, safety, schedule, organization, scope execution, project quality, and jobsite paperwork.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and hold jobsite staff accountable.
• Ensure jobsite safety requirements are followed and crews maintain safety as a top priority.
• Manage the jobsite schedule and staffing to meet customer demands and avoid delays within your control.
• Keep the jobsite clean, orderly, and organized, following 5S principles.
• Efficiently and safely execute the project scope/spec by managing onsite work.
• Ensure workmanship and quality meet or exceed company and customer standards.
• Ensure crews are filling out paperwork, reports, and timesheets correctly.
