About The Position

This role involves analyzing and resolving root causes for ongoing quality issues related to assembly, mold, molding processes, and other supporting technical processes. The technician will also be responsible for communicating technical status updates, providing production planning based on customer needs and machine/mold availability, and building the technical strength of the team through hands-on training.

Requirements

Experience with repairing/replacing brakes & clutches, gears, belts, sheaves/pulley, chains and sprockets, cams, seals and o-rings, bearings and bushings.
Experience replacing couplings and valves (cut-off, pressure relief, etc).
Experience troubleshooting/repairing/replacing gears, cams, seals, o-rings, bearings, bushings, shafts and motors.
Experience troubleshooting/maintaining chains and sprockets.
Experience performing basic alignment.
Experience maintaining couplings and fans.
Experience installing/maintaining valves (cut-off, pressure relief, etc).
Experience troubleshooting/repairing/replacing cylinders and pneumatic/hydraulic motors.
Experience maintaining hydraulic systems, pumps and valves.
Experience repairing/replacing pneumatic/hydraulic lines, hoses, and solenoids.
Experience repairing/replacing flow controls (pneumatic or hydraulic).
Experience troubleshooting/maintaining air compressors.
