Requirements
- 12+ years of related experience or equivalent skill
- Demonstrated expertise in hardware reliability discipline such as electromechanical assemblies, data storage devices, air movers, direct contact liquid cooling cold plates, manifolds, coolant distribution units, power supplies, or similar
- Strong analytical experience
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor’s or Master's degree (e.g., Mechanical Engineering, Computer or Reliability Engineering)
- Electrical Engineering credentials also welcome
Responsibilities
- Develop innovative concepts and establish feasibility
- Bring a “Design For” (DFx) mindset to identify and mitigate potential reliability issues
- Conduct reliability analyses to identify potential failure modes and their impact
- Develop and execute validation protocols including accelerated life, environmental and stress testing
- Perform root cause analysis and work with engineering teams to implement corrective actions
