Requirements

• Highschool Diploma
• 3-4 years QA/QC experience in construction
• Basic Understanding of lean construction and principles of risk management
• Basic Understanding of quality management systems
• Good written and verbal communication
• Open-minded and positive attitude
• Coach approach, be willing to teach and be taught

Nice To Haves

• Experience with BIM360, Procore, or other project management software
• Experience with document storage systems, Bluebeam, Adobe
• OSHA 10/OSHA 30

Responsibilities

• Ensure quality control and assurance for mechanical aspects of projects.
• Read and interpret drawings.
• Develop and implement inspection templates.
• Conduct inspections related to Solar- Pile, Racking, and Module Installation.
