About The Position

As a Mechanical Project Designer in AEI's Nashville office, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients and project partners. You will oversee the overall design process on assigned projects within the mechanical discipline, developing innovative and unique design solutions to meet project, client, and project partner needs, and leading the team in implementing these solutions. AEI is a leading, multidisciplinary consulting engineering firm with over 900 employees across 22 offices, dedicated to enhancing the built environment through remarkable design and award-winning projects.

Requirements

Associates Degree in HVAC or Architectural Design or equivalent experience required.
10+ years of experience in HVAC design.
Proficiency with Revit and AutoCAD required.
Understanding of applicable design codes and specification requirements.
Strong spoken and written communications skills.
Excellent organization and time management skills.
Quick technical comprehension and motivation focused on client outcomes.
Able to effectively prioritize multiple tasks.
Effective working individually and within team environments.
