Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering (related Majors also considered.)
• Preference will be given to applicants with experience with planning orders in a manufacturing industry
• Strong focus on accuracy and good communication in all tasks.
• Full-time, with occasional Saturday overtime as needed, adherence to attendance and company policies.
• Familiarity with basic machining practices and materials is a plus, as is general mechanical knowledge.
• Ability to work effectively in a team setting
• Commitment to reliable work with a high standard of accuracy in drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Plan orders using production resources and communication with Sales.
• Set B.O.M. and work routing through the shop in our ERP system (MS Dynamics AX).
• Track orders through the Shop, expediting when necessary.
• Assist with parts backorders and field questions for work in progress.
• Use MS Office Suite programs to maintain workflow.
• Cross-train for future career growth opportunities.
• Spend up to 20% of the time in the shop environment.
