About The Position

This person will be responsible for planning and scheduling preparation, analysis, updates, progress reporting, as built schedules, recovery schedules, technical support and tracking earned value on projects. Other duties may be assigned.

- Microsoft Office and Components (Excel, Powerpoint, Word)
- Estimating
- P6 Schedules(Reading and dealing with not making)
- 5+ years of planning and scheduling in an Industrial setting.
- Applicants must be legally authorized to work for ANY employer in the United States. Austin is unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa for this position.

- Job scope breakdown into units for estimating
- Job Estimating
- Manpower breakdowns for jobs
- P6 scheduling with customer for projects
- Project controls, cost tracking per projects
- Material procurement for projects
- Sub-contractor setup in certain areas like NDE, Material bending, heat treat things like that.
- Assist PM with Monthly and Bi-Monthly reporting
