About The Position

We are looking for a seasoned construction professional to oversee mechanical and hydronic piping operations on complex commercial and Department of Defense (DoD) projects. This individual will supervise field personnel and subcontractors to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards while maintaining project timelines. In this leadership role, you will partner with project management teams to coordinate installations, track materials, and support successful field operations across demanding construction environments. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to proactively address field issues are essential to keeping work progressing on schedule.

Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years of experience serving as a Piping Superintendent or Foreman on military, government, healthcare, or large commercial construction projects valued at $5M-$10M+
  • At least 4 years of hands-on experience as a journeyman-level mechanical pipefitter
  • Knowledge of hydronic systems, underground piping, boilers, chillers, and project turnover
  • Current OSHA 30 and CPR/First Aid certifications required or ability to obtain
  • Candidates must possess a valid passport.
  • All candidates considered for hire must provide evidence of identity and U.S. work authorization at the time of hire.
  • All candidates must successfully pass a drug screening and commercial criminal background check, including a stricter Department of Defense background check, for access to job site at military base (if applicable for position being hired for).

Nice To Haves

  • EM-385 certification preferred or ability to obtain
  • Previous experience working with in active hospitals or healthcare facilities is strongly preferred
  • Candidates with prior healthcare or hospital construction experience are highly encouraged to apply.
