As a Mechanical Integrity Engineer you'll be at the forefront of our innovation, driving specialty chemical solutions forward. You'll collaborate with a diverse group of passionate individuals to deliver sustainable solutions to advance mobility, improve wellbeing, and enhance modern life. The Mechanical Integrity Engineer is responsible for the development, implementation, and execution of the mechanical integrity program (MIP) to ensure safe and reliable operation of fixed assets. This position will determine equipment maintenance strategies (EMS) and select the appropriate non-destructive examination (NDE) and predictive maintenance (PdM) technologies to best inspect and evaluate equipment condition. It will support the maintenance team in the planning and execution of all mechanical integrity-related work. Additionally, the role will support the site capital plan including providing technical expertise to capital projects, providing input into the 3- and 5-year capital plans for equipment upgrade and replacement needs, and executing capital projects directly related to mechanical integrity.
