Responsibilities

Ensure execution of assigned projects
Train and guide contractors on Knapp’s installation method
Ensure contractors maintain Knapp and Customer policies
Ensure contractors maintain project schedule
Ensure contractors adhere to appropriate U.S. standard of installation and safety equipment guidelines
Communicate daily progress and safety reports to Installation Coordinator and Site Manager
Ensure contractors maintain installation staff and time reporting schedules
Read mechanical drawings; be familiar with current state and local codes for mechanical work
Ensure installation meets Knapp and Customer quality standards
Complete appropriate documentation for contractors’ evaluation
