About The Position

Responsible for final visual inspection in a Class 1000 cleanroom. Ensuring conformance to internal & external requirements using visual inspection and occasionally calibrated gaging (calipers, profilometer, micrometer). Interpreting customer drawings and specifications, and reference company work instructions and process travelers. Most of the job will be performed in a cleanroom environment. Wearing a bunny suit is required. Photograph parts after final clean / assembly before they are final packaged. Confirm that all necessary hardware is correctly installed (heli-coils, dowel pins, keenserts, lee plugs) Collect and provide data required for critical part Final Inspection Reports (FIRs)

Requirements

0-2 years’ experience performing in-process and final inspection
Basic knowledge of GD&T preferred
Visual inspection experience preferred

Nice To Haves

Experience preferably in a machining, automotive or aerospace business
