Additional information can be found at www.ttm.com Scope: The Process Engineering Supervisor is responsible coordinating all engineering activities within their area of responsibility necessary to produce quality product and meet objectives. Responsible for the overall supervision of their team, including directing and coordinating efforts to meet production requirements in support of the production plan. Works to optimize their functional focus areas by working with the manufacturing team through continuous improvement processes. Works closely with the Engineering Manager to meet throughput goals, yield objectives, customer expectations for deliver and quality, and any assigned projects. Team responsibilities include definition of process requirements and limitations, process instructions, set-up requirements and procedures, process control parameters, and process improvements. This includes application engineering of processes developed by suppliers that are planned for use at TTM, installation of these processes and or equipment, establishment of operating conditions to produce TTM product, daily monitoring of process conditions, and performing failure mode effect analysis to determine failure points of the process. Will be working in a chemical environment and exposed to potentially hazardous chemistries while performing daily job duties. Will undergo Chemical Handling training prior to the start of performing these duties and will actively participate in ongoing hazardous waste and chemical handling training.
