About The Position

In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required, your domain knowledge is what matters.

Requirements

• Deep expertise in Engineering Mechanics, Thermodynamics, Fluid Mechanics, Heat Transfer, Vibrations, and Manufacturing.
• Outstanding analytical and engineering problem-solving abilities applied to complex technical challenges.
• Demonstrated professional proficiency in English, with particular strength in both written and verbal communication.

Nice To Haves

• MS or PhD in Mechanical Engineering, or BS with 8+ years of related industry experience.
• 5+ years advancing real-world mechanical design, product development, analysis, or R&D initiatives.
• Proven experience in delivering products or mechanical systems through to production.
• Previous involvement in multidisciplinary or remote engineering projects is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and solve advanced mechanical engineering problems across engineering mechanics, thermodynamics, fluid mechanics, heat transfer, vibrations, and manufacturing disciplines.
• Evaluate and review AI-generated technical content for engineering accuracy, clarity, and completeness.
• Apply practical engineering judgment to real-world design and analysis scenarios, ensuring realistic and feasible solutions.
• Deliver constructive technical feedback to enhance the reasoning and output quality of AI models.
• Assess proposed engineering solutions for manufacturability, reliability, and compliance with industry standards.
• Document detailed explanations and rationales underpinning engineering decisions and recommendations.
• Collaborate remotely with a multidisciplinary team, leveraging strong written and verbal communication skills.
