About The Position

This person should be interested in Mechanical or Agricultural Engineering. Prefer SolidWorks or CAD experience. We are looking for candidates that enjoy hands-on experiences, as this position will include hands-on assembly. The position will include CAD, documentation and engineering testing. We provide real-world engineering experiences for our candidates. A previous or current summer internship with SurePoint is required to apply for this position. In addition to the duties in the summary above, you are expected to provide support and assistance in achieving the overall goals and objectives of SurePoint Ag through collaboration, teamwork and communication. The position will have other duties not specifically defined above that are essential for the overall success of SurePoint Ag.

Requirements

• Interest in Mechanical or Agricultural Engineering
• Previous or current summer internship with SurePoint is required to apply
• Exceptional communication and writing ability with co-workers and customers via software, Microsoft Office, phone, e-mail, and interpersonal dialog
• Ability to learn SurePoint Ag Systems’ software and system processes
• Ability to learn SurePoint Ag Systems’ products and services
• Ability to gain knowledge through experiential learning
• Problem-solver— Ability to evaluate a situation, determine possible solutions, and implement the solution determined to be the best course of action
• Self-starter
• Embrace a dynamic and constantly changing workplace
• Basic computer skills required
