As an intern, you’ll work alongside experienced engineers and gain hands-on experience in developing real-world applications.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with CAD software and engineering analysis tools.
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to teamwork.
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Design components and mechanisms for products and manufacturing tooling’s.
- Create models, assemblies and drawings using SolidWorks
- Perform thermal, flow and stress simulation as required.
- Perform tolerance stack up analysis.
- Co-ordinate with vendor for part order and fabrication.
- Assisting in building prototypes and testing.
- Create detailed BOM drawings for assemblies.
- Excellent hands-on, communication and teamwork skills required.
- Interface with other engineers, scientists and subject matter experts in simulation and testing.
