About The Position

Garver's Buildings Team is seeking a motivated mechanical engineering student or architectural engineering student with a mechanical emphasis to join the team in Tulsa, Oklahoma. The intern will work alongside and receive mentoring from experienced building design professionals and industry leaders, learn about building mechanical systems, and gain experience in the consulting engineering industry. The internship includes Garver's hands-on Garver Launch development program. Interns engage with other interns and industry professionals, participate in wellness and volunteer activities, and collaborate with the Learning and Development team through tailored training and skills-based courses. This is an in-office role, generally performed in an office setting, with occasional travel to offsite locations or meetings possibly required. Duties may vary, and not all functions described may be assigned.

Requirements

Currently pursuing a mechanical engineering degree or an architectural engineering degree with a mechanical focus from an ABET-accredited program.
Strong desire to pursue a career in building systems engineering.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Nice To Haves

Experience with Revit.
