Requirements

Must be pursuing Bachelor’s or Advanced degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering or related Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) major and actively enrolled through the completion of the internship/co-op session.
Experience may be obtained through on-the-job experience, research, coursework, or projects.
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the company’s immigration sponsorship now or in the future. The company will not offer immigration sponsorship for this position. The company will not seek an export authorization for this role.

Nice To Haves

Experience using CAD software such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, and/or Creo
Experience with engineering analysis tools (FEA and/or CFD).
A minimum of 60 hours of credit by the start of the internship / co-op session.
Experience with mechanical hardware documentation or drawing standards.
Excellent problem‑solving, attention to detail and strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

Assist in the design, development, and testing of mechanical components and systems.
Collaborate with engineers to create detailed technical drawings and specifications using CAD software.
Conduct research and data analysis to support engineering projects.
Participate in prototyping and testing, including preparation of test setups and execution of tests.
Work closely with international teams across the Netherlands, India, and the Philippines.
