About The Position
Arconic is seeking a Mechanical Engineer to join their team in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. This role will support the growth and investment in operations at the Lancaster Mill. The engineer will be responsible for solving complex equipment challenges, leading capital projects, and collaborating with operations teams to enhance safety, reliability, and manufacturing performance. The position involves providing engineering support across the mill, working closely with Production, Maintenance, and Leadership teams to improve mechanical systems, optimize equipment performance, and execute high-impact projects. This includes troubleshooting critical equipment issues and leading major capital installations to achieve business objectives and growth plans.
