Entry Level Mechanical Engineer
About The Position
The Entry-Level Mechanical Engineer will support all phases of a project from inception to completion of construction. This role is designed to foster growth and nurture design talents, providing a solid foundation for a successful career in engineering. Reporting to a Team Lead and Project Manager, you will collaborate with senior designers and engineers to perform design tasks at all stages of design and construction. In this role, you will implement designs as directed by senior designers and engineers. Collaborate with technical staff to design and detail new systems, ensuring accuracy, coordination, and adherence to quality assurance measures. Participate in on-site observations, information gathering, and interactions with clients and contractors during both the design and construction phases. Design mechanical and HVAC systems following written and verbal directions from senior designers or engineers. Coordinate designs with other disciplines to ensure constructability and maintainability of engineered systems. Requirements
- BS Mechanical Engineering degree required from an ABET-accredited program
- 0-3 years professional Mechanical Engineering experience
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications
- Valid/Unrestricted driver license in your state of residency.
- Must be a US Citizen.
Nice To Haves
- EIT Certification preferred but not required
- Experience with CAD, Revit, Bluebeam Revu, or other Mechanical system modeling/drafting software is highly preferred.
