About The Position
To provide direction and execution of improvement projects.
Requirements
- Graduate of 4-year college with emphasis in Engineering or equivalent experience in industry.
- Must be familiar with report writing and preparation.
- Project coordination from inception to completion
- Proficient English communications skills.
- Training and demonstrated computer skills.
- Proficient in CAD and Drawing Parts
- Ensure consistent, dependable attendance and demonstrate a willingness to accommodate non-standard work hours as necessary.
- Capable of effectively managing job-related stress and fostering productive workplace interactions.
Responsibilities
- Develop effective improvements throughout the department
- Take direction of improvements and projects from Plant Manager
- Report status of all projects in a monthly report.
- Any other duties assigned by Plant Manager.
