Entry Level Mechanical Engineer
About The Position
We are currently seeking to hire an Entry Level Mechanical Engineer in our Colorado Springs, Colorado office. Design duties include HVAC design for commercial buildings and requires coordination with other consultants, team members and clients. This position involves working on multiple projects simultaneously in a collaborative team environment. Some local and state travel is required to perform field investigations, coordinate design requirements, and build client relations. We are a top 100 MEP consulting engineering firm with a reputation for superb design services. We build relationships, communicate and listen to maintain loyal clients. Our clientele includes federal, state, and city agencies, colleges and universities, manufacturing, and healthcare. Requirements
- Bachelor degree from ABET accredited engineering school (Architectural or Mechanical Engineering)
- Familiarity with Revit, AutoCAD, Trace 700/load calculation software, and other mechanical design related software
- Listens and communicates well verbally, in writing, and visually/graphically, with other engineers, clients, and code authorities
- Excellent problem-solving skills, work ethic, and desire to learn
Nice To Haves
- EIT designation preferred (passed FE exam)
