About The Position

Looking for a Construction Management professional with a working knowledge of engineering services, building codes, cost and schedule management for support as Owner’s Rep on government medical center projects. Position will be site based, 40-hrs/week maximum, working directly with Medical Center CM staff to oversee multiple projects of varying size and complexity.

Requirements

• Licensed professional (PE)
• BS degree in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited school of higher education
• 6-10 years of experience in both design and construction with a focus on medical facilities
• Proficient with standard business computer systems, including comfort navigating Microsoft Windows operating systems and email platforms such as Outlook.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word is required
• Ability to review, analyze, and interpret project data on a laptop computer.
