About The Position

TLC Engineering Solutions (TLC) is seeking a Mechanical Engineer to join their team in Nashville, TN. This is a hybrid role requiring two days per week in the office. The Mechanical Engineer will be responsible for projects of all sizes and types, with opportunities for independent work on smaller projects and mentorship on more complex ones. The role offers the chance to learn and grow from concept to completion, with in-house coordination across multiple disciplines. TLC provides a defined career path and training at all levels.

Requirements

Accredited bachelor’s degree in mechanical or architectural engineering
Practical Revit experience
A minimum of 5 years of experience in the architectural engineering consulting environment
Demonstrated success in project design, time management, and technical / formal communication skills

Nice To Haves

PE, or has EI and in the process of preparing for exam
