About The Position
Our client is a well established consulting engineering firm that is a national pioneer in the development of net zero energy buildings. They are currently seeking a Mechanical Engineer to join their growing team within the Milwaukee market!
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from an ABET accredited institution
- 5+ years experience in MEP and/or with an Energy Services company
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- AutoCAD and REVIT software experience
Nice To Haves
- EIT
- PE
- CEM are a bonus
Responsibilities
- Work directly with project managers to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, schematics, and computer-generated response
- Design layouts of mechanical systems using AutoCAD and/or REVIT software
- Conduct building system audits, energy analysis and savings calculations
- Assist jobsite meetings as needed
- Identify and resolve conflicts as they arise
- Create and maintain customer relationships
