About The Position

Coffman Engineers is seeking a Mechanical Engineer with at least four years of experience to join their team. The role involves working across varied project delivery approaches, managing projects through design and execution, and focusing on sustainable engineering solutions. The team works in tight-knit groups that support and mentor each other and are managed with a healthy work-life balance. This position is not eligible for sponsorship. The clients served are in the healthcare, laboratory, industrial, education, space, and energy markets.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience
• Familiarity with relevant codes: building, mechanical, energy, plumbing
• Experience with AutoCAD and Revit
• Experience with MS Office programs
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent time management skills
• Ability to obtain U.S. Security Clearance

Nice To Haves

• Registration as a Professional Engineer
• ASHRAE Certifications and active industry involvement
• LEED, WELL, PMP, CEM, CDP, and DBIA Certifications
• Energy modeling experience
• Business Development experience
