About The Position
Codeware is seeking a full-time Mechanical Engineer to join our Growth team in Sarasota, FL. This individual works closely with prospective clients to determine and demonstrate the applicability of our products. Codeware provides a competitive salary and benefits package to all full-time employees. Travel is not required.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- 1+ year work experience in a technical field, preferably engineering or manufacturing.
- Familiarity with Autodesk Inventor® or ABAQUS.
- Able to communicate in a clear and concise manner.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Comfortable multitasking.
- Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Committed to professional advancement through continuous learning.
Nice To Haves
- Technical sales experience an asset.
- Multi-lingual an asset (Spanish, Korean, Italian).
Responsibilities
- Works with prospects to understand their needs and determine which software package is the best fit. This includes reviewing drawings and answering technical/engineering questions about the software's capabilities.
- Provides online technical software demonstrations to potential clients. This involves answering questions regarding the application of COMPRESS, INSPECT or Shopfloor programs.
- Provides post-sales online training and new user orientation.
- Other Engineering related projects.
