Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Experience ranging from entry-level through senior engineering positions
• Strong knowledge of mechanical design principles and manufacturing processes
• Experience with SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar CAD platforms
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced engineering environment

Responsibilities

• Developing innovative machine and equipment concepts
• Creating detailed designs, engineering drawings, and technical documentation
• Performing engineering analysis and design calculations
• Developing and maintaining bills of material (BOMs)
• Evaluating and implementing design improvements
• Collaborating with manufacturing teams to support equipment builds and process improvements
• Working cross-functionally with engineering, operations, sourcing, and project management teams
• Utilizing SolidWorks, AutoCAD, and other engineering tools to develop customer-focused solutions
