Requirements
- Engineering degree (ME or EE) from a 4-year program (required)
- 5+ years of experience with microwave or RF products or fiber/power/signal harnesses and components (required)
- Proficiency with Excel and Word (required)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (required)
- Must be a U.S. Person (includes U.S. citizens, lawful permanent residents, refugees, and asylees) (required)
Nice To Haves
- Experience with 50-ohm coax cables and connectors (preferred)
- Experience creating 3D models of components and assemblies in CAD (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Design and develop 50-ohm microwave harnesses and related components.
- Design and develop fiber/power/signal harnesses and related components.
- Create and review technical drawings and customer specifications.
- Perform calculations, testing, and data analysis to ensure product reliability.
- Maintain bills of materials and routings in the system.
- Develop assembly instructions and design test fixtures.
- Communicate technical requirements with customers, sales, and internal teams.
- Prepare detailed reports and documentation for engineering projects.
