Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (B.E. / B.Tech)
• 5-7 years of relevant experience in process or packaging plants (FMCG, pharma, food), with a focus on asset management
• Proficiency in Maximo, SAP PM, or similar CMMS platforms
• Strong understanding of preventive maintenance planning and reliability engineering
• Experience with asset hierarchy structuring, equipment master data, and BoM validation
• Ability to interpret technical documentation and engineering drawings
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills

Nice To Haves

• Prior involvement in large-scale CMMS deployment or data migration projects
• Exposure to reliability improvement initiatives and best practices
• Familiarity with client standards for asset hierarchy and data management

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain comprehensive asset registers and equipment hierarchies for mechanical equipment using leading CMMS platforms (Maximo, SAP PM, etc.)
• Conduct asset walkdowns and field verifications to gather and validate equipment data
• Analyze P&IDs, equipment drawings, manuals, and plant documentation for accurate asset information
• Create and validate equipment master data, asset attributes, and Bills of Materials (BoM)
• Design, implement, and optimize preventive maintenance plans, job plans, task lists, and standard maintenance procedures
• Define and enhance maintenance strategies based on equipment criticality and OEM recommendations
• Prepare asset upload templates and support CMMS data cleansing, enrichment, and standardization
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors/OEMs to collect technical information
• Participate in client reviews, workshops, and technical discussions, providing regular progress reports
