About The Position

Responsible for design feasibility of new/existing products, product costing, and make buy options. Product line-owner in the analysis and recommendation of product capabilities and fulfillment solutions; product specifications, testing, implementation, and aftermarket support; and ensures successful manufacturability of Deluxe products through Fulfillment. Projects are typically of limited scope and complexity. Designs, analyzes, develops, writes product specifications, tests, implements and provides aftermarket support for new/existing products in the areas of product line management, channel partner management, base forms, and packaging. Responsible for semi-finished goods set up of the product, bill of material, routes, and costing through manufacturing. Serves as a technical interface to product marketing/management, business operations, and fulfillment for product needs regarding introduction, revision, manufacturability, and product cost.

Requirements

  • Bachelors in Engineering and 3 years experience or HS/GED and 7 years experience in manufacturing engineering.
  • Knowledge of lean methodology.
  • Project planning experience.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
