Requirements

• Licensed Professional Mechanical Engineer (PE) or Licensed (Master) Mechanical (HVAC) Contractor with a minimum of ten (10) years of relevant field experience working in construction/renovation/modernization mechanical disciplines of work.
• Prior experience utilizing and participating in the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Three-Phase Inspection Process.
• Prior experience utilizing and following USACE EM 385-1-1, Safety and Health Requirements Manual.
• OSHA 30-hr training/certification within 90 days of being on site.
• Construction Quality Management for Contractors (CQM-C) training/certification within 90 days of being on site.
• Familiarity with USACE Safety Management System (CE-SOHMS).

Responsibilities

• Provide electrical construction quality management/quality assurance for repair, renovation, and modernization for various projects located at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center, Bethesda, MD.
