Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 2 years of experience in product testing, validation, or reliability engineering
• Strong hands-on expertise in designing and executing mechanical test protocols
• Proficient in functional and environmental testing methodologies
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Nice To Haves

• Experience working with semiconductor equipment, robotics, vacuum systems, or precision mechanical assemblies
• Familiarity with SEMI standards

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive test plans, procedures, and validation protocols for advanced mechanical and electromechanical systems
• Execute Design Verification Testing (DVT), Engineering Validation Testing (EVT), Qualification Testing, and Reliability Testing to ensure product robustness
• Define clear test acceptance criteria, ensuring compliance with all product requirements and industry standards
• Conduct functional, environmental, vibration, shock, thermal, endurance, and life-cycle testing on a diverse range of systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize testing processes and drive continuous improvement
