Mechanical Engineer I
About The Position
This role involves interacting with installing contractors and performing field execution of commissioning documents. The Mechanical Engineer I will generate field reports, punch lists, summary reports, and final turnover packages, including ETOPS and System Manuals. The position also includes assisting with facilities/utilities activities during Tech Transfers of new products, managing small operational projects, and aiding in the development of requirements for new equipment, modifications, and projects affecting utility systems. Ensuring work complies with cGMP regulations and company SOPs is crucial. The role requires responding to utility and equipment-related issues during production, acting as the Responsible Engineer for utility system(s), and assisting in annual revalidation efforts. Additionally, the engineer will create and maintain relationships with other sites to develop and promote best practices, and specify and implement modifications to improve operational performance and compliance. Upholding, defining, and policing safety procedures and safe practices is also a key responsibility.
Requirements
- Recent Bachelors graduate in Mechanical Engineering
- HVAC, Chillers, Critical Facilities Equipment experience (6-12 Months)
