About The Position
The Mechanical Engineer 3 role is part of a team responsible for overall platform management. This team is accountable for building new configurations and ensuring these builds are executed properly, ultimately facilitating the successful transition of products into production. The engineering responsibilities span from simple design tasks to collaborating with groups of engineers on large-scale product development. This role will also involve building prototype engines in their test facility. Overtime, some manufacturing capability will be beneficial.
Requirements
- Good Physics based background
- Configuration type of role
- Experience with Creo
- Experience with Teamcenter
- Ability to take various models and turn them into actionable build books
- Good collaboration skills
- Ability to interact and communicate effectively
- Good technical skills
- Ability to share problems they have resolved in the past
Nice To Haves
- Some manufacturing capability overtime will be helpful
